We may be a bit biased around here but spring is our favorite color season. Who doesn’t love a good lilac, an understated pink or a dusty blue? Join us all March long while we celebrate spring with tutorials, inspiration, kits, crafts and color displays all influenced by our love of spring! Felt Friday – Color of the Year(ish) Edition

Every year Pantone selects a color of the year, a color they expect to influence everything from art to home decor in the coming year.

This years selection is…18-3224 Radiant Orchid.

Every year  American Felt and Craft selects the felt color most closely matching the Pantone color of the year.

This year was a toughie.

Orchid Inspired Felt Colors

After staring at our selection of purples for a while I have come to the conclusion Radiant Orchid is a combo of all of these shades.

So we will call this a “Color of the year – Inspired Felt Friday”
